‘Line Of Duty’ and ‘Black Mirror’ stars join cast for Prime Video psychological thriller

Line Of Duty star Martin Compston is set to lead the cast for new Prime Video psychological thriller, Fear.

The new three-part UK Original series has already started filming in Glasgow, Scotland, with plans for a 2025 release date.

Joining Compston in the cast is Anjli Mohindra (Bodyguard, The Lazarus Project), Solly McLeod (Tom Jones, The Dead Don’t Hurt), James Cosmo (Jack Ryan, Game of Thrones), Maureen Beattie (Deadwater Fell, Our House), Daniel Portman (Black Mirror, Game of Thrones), Anneika Rose (Crossfire, Line of Duty) and Bhav Joshi (Breathtaking, The Diplomat).

The official synopsis reads: “Excited to make a fresh start away from London, Martyn (Martin Compston) and Rebecca (Anjli Mohindra) move into a beautiful house in Glasgow with their two young children.

“At first the new home seems idyllic, but when their neighbour Jan (Solly McLeod) makes unnerving comments to Rebecca it turns out to be the start of something far more intimidating.

“Facing accusations that are every parent’s worst nightmare, and with the authorities refusing to step in, Martyn and Rebecca feel they have nowhere to turn to for help.”

Fear will launch exclusively in 2025 on Prime Video in the UK and Ireland .
